Dreams Can Help You-Dr Judith Orloff

judithorloffMDA few years ago I was in the audience listening to Dr Judith Orloff, psychiatrist and author of Positive Energy, Intuitive Healing, and Second Sight.  All of a sudden she said,

Would the woman behind the man with the orange shirt please come up to the stage.  You look like a very sensitive woman.

Oops, that’s me, now what?  I was so shy but too embarrassed to just sit there so I stood up and walked up to the stage.  That was around the time that people were getting kidnapped and be-headed and I was feeling very forlorn.  She kidded and teased me in her loving way and got me to feel comfortable talking to her in front of all those people.  She was showing the audience how she interviewed clients during her therapy sessions.

Video Clip:

Dr Orloff was on my mind for several days following my stage appearance. Then I lost track for a few years and where do you think our paths crossed-at one of my favorite places-YOU TUBE!

In the video that follows, listen to Dr Orloff as she instructs us how to use our dreams to help clear up issues that may be preventing us from taking our next step.  I do it-ask one question- whenever I want to know an answer to a problem or conflict I have, before I fall asleep and it works.

Dr Orloff, you are the best!  And you’re still "giggling" as you share amazing information.

Really enjoyed this video about dreams! Very interesting guidelines for asking a question before bedtime, then journaling to see patterns and answers emerge. Have to get some of those pens!!

I loved her book Second Sight! I don’t know why I haven’t read the other two books that you mention, but I already ordered them. Thank you for writing about Dr. Orloff and reminding me how much I enjoy her work.
