Tibetan Singing Bowls-have you ever experienced them for Sound and Energy Healing? I was on a Debra Simpson webinar tonight and she just happened to mention using You Tube videos as a great example for viral marketing. And her You Tube video happily was Diane Mandle’s Sound and Energy Healing.
It’s such a perfect way to relax from all our daily stress. You can even use it for a five or ten minute break. I don’t know about you, but I need all the meditation I can get if I can tear myself away from my creative work and play.

I may not be the most spiritual of people, but certainly the harmonic overtones produced from these tibetan bowls creates quite a transcendental experience that is both uplifting and relaxing.
