Finally the "V-word" is in print and spoken other than in medical texbooks; no longer something to giggle over or to be ashamed of. 2. I got to see it with Eve Ensler playing all the roles herself; amazing! 3. The women leaving the theater looked happy and triumphant, the men sheepish (this was in Manhattan where there were two showings on Saturday evenings; I attended the later one) 4. It's being performed all over, by celebrity "guest stars" as well as in regional theaters and on college campuses. 5. It demonstrates that the truth is both powerful and healing.
