I've been getting back into meditation recently. I need it, with everything going on in my life lately. It really helps me cut out all the "noise." I haven't been given any direction yet, but at least I am connecting with this side of myself again. It's a nice start.

I have read a couple of Eckhart Tolle's books. I think they are life changing. Thank you for this video, I had never heard him speak before. I enjoyed it and I am inspired.
